The band have mad 3 albums with their 4th due for release in 2010.
There are 4 core members of the band making up the tight rhythm section of drums, bass, guitar, topped off by the witty lyricism of Duggy on main vocals. We are usually joined live by Glenn on keyboards and Charlotte Glasson on, well, everything really...sax, violin, flute...
Our music makes your mind wander back to heady summers in the 60s, especially the Canterbury scene and Robert Wyatt. We're often compared to a lounge version of Ian Dury and The Blockheads. Mix in a bit of Small Faces, Caravan, The Zombies, some self-depreciating lyrics and a crooked smile and you have Beachy Head Music Club - as British as Robert Wyatt and chips but shockingly cheerful.
We'll play to any audience 18+ and can extend our set to include rock/blues covers for functions.
Pubs, clubs, festival, parties, weddings, whatever you fancy we can provide a perfomance to satisfy.
