The group performed continually with gradual personnel changes from then until 1984. While most Brighton bands over this period concentrated mainly on the current pop scene the Polygon had a wider repertoire to include popular standards from other eras. This meant that they were welcomed to perform in all the major Hotels and venues throughout the local area. This included Dinner Dances for major companies and organisations. The Polygon reluctantly disbanded in 1984 due to family commitments.

A short time ago Dave contacted the other four members of the 1966 group and with little hesitation the decision was made to reform the band.

Since reforming as Polygon 66 they ve had the pleasure of meeting and playing for past friends who followed the group in their earlier years and a younger generation who enjoy live music from the 50s 60s & 70s.This includes numbers made famous by Elvis, Cliff, Buddy, Neil Diamond, Acker Bilk, Johnny Cash, Chuck Berry Etc.
