'The Bad Dads are just that - three dads from Wotton-Under-Edge. An engineer, a gardener and an accountant, the Bad Dads formed in Marks shed towards the end of 2012 to drink cider and play the blues. A few months later, they have moved the empty cider bottles off the gear, packed up the Land Rover, and are ready to unleash their own unique sound upon the wider parts of Gloucestershire.'
We are quite compact as a band and are most suited to small, intimate venues but are equally able to play in a festival situation .
We have about 50% original material and the rest made up of covers ... Blues from Muddy waters , to zz.top and Ray Charles and Howlin Wolf ... And some Jazz , blues and folk songs , all performed in the Bad Dads own unique style of laid back guitar, smooth bass and 'honkin 'harmonica .
