It was due to the recent keen interest shown by hofesh schecter, the internationally acclaimed contemporary dance choreographer that this is massacre were invited to get involved with the specially commissioned event, bangers and mash, for the 2009 brighton festival. Having had this unique and exciting opportunity, coupled with the experience of playing live at the brighton dome, their hunger to rise to the next level is a refreshing asset. Impressing staff so much at the brighton dome led them to being offered their own night at the pavilion theatre, supported by articles in the argus newspaper. A night which was attended by over 240 fans on a sunday evening.
Their latest success is having reached the regional finals of live and unsigned 2010, chosen as 1 of 60 artist from over 300 auditions. They are now looking to channel their energy into spreading their music further and are seeking to line up further gigs over the forthcoming year, as main or supporting act.
