ZENITH NADIR is an eclectic mix of electronic fusion music with Latin and European rhythms formed in 2008, a combination of electric violin, keyboards, bass guitar, lead singer and programming, Zenith Nadir will have you dancing on your feet.
The Band:
Widely considered as one of the most creative, futuristic and innovative bands in the independent scene in Mexico, the band combines Latin rhythms and electronic music - a fusion of different styles and genres to create a genuinely unique sound and experience!! We have toured and sold our music in countries right across South America, Europe and beyond and released 3 very successful albums independently with sales well into the thousands!
The UK connection:
Violinist Selina Marshall is from the UK, and while on a year abroad in Mexico City met Alex while he was promoting music. After working together for a few years promoting bands and organising events, Alex asked Selina if she wanted to start the band Zenith Nadir. They invited Emmanuel to join them, making this dynamic futuristic musical trio which is Zenith Nadir. Alex writes the lyrics to their songs and brings his ideas about the music and style ...and then each song comes alive!
